Documentation Verification Rule
VicRoads examiners will immediately cancel your appointment if any required ID, logbook hour, or payment record is incomplete.
Original, current physical card (or approved digital licence in the Service Victoria / myVicRoads app). Must not be expired or damaged.
Bank debit card, Medicare card, or current passport matching your registered VicRoads address.
All 120 hours (including 20 night hours) fully verified and approved. If under 21, the app declaration must be completed at least 24 hours prior.
Valid HPT completion recorded in your VicRoads profile. Must be passed before drive test appointment.
Receipt or confirmation email with appointment time, booking number, and testing center details.
If your permit has an eyesight condition indicator (Condition V), you must bring and wear corrective lenses.
